How much is shipping?
You get FREE shipping on orders over R750, otherwise we charge a flat rate shipping fee of R75 to anywhere in South Africa.
How long will I wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can expect to receive your package within 3 - 5 working days. We promise to try our utmost to get it to you as soon as possible!
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us once your package has been collected from our warehouse and on it's way to you.
What happens if I don't like what I've ordered?
You are most welcome to return any or all of your items should you not be completely satisfied with your selection. Click on the Exchanges / Returns link to find your order and select which item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns are valid within 30 days of purchase.
Please note we can't accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

You can exchange/return your order at any time within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns/exchanges if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition and with all tags attached.
Please note that on exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold.
