How do our sizes work?
We have designed our comfortable garments to fit and flatter your growing shape from 0 to 9 months pregnant, post-partum and well beyond.
It is normal for breasts to go up a cup size (or two) and to put on weight across the hip, bum and thigh areas. Our styles are specifically designed to accommodate for this growth. High quality fabrics are used to fit not only for the full duration of your pregnancy but well after as well.
Our sizes suit all body types and range from SMALL (32) to EXTRA–LARGE (38) with a select few pants going up to XXXL (42).
How do I find the right size for me?
As a rule of thumb, we suggest that you stick to your pre-pregnancy size. Our garments have been designed to grow with your bump and accommodate normal pregnancy weight gain.
Although it can be tempting to order one size up, we strongly suggest only doing so if:
- you have a very large bust (normal preggie growth excluded)
- you feel like you have gained extra weight (above the normal weight gain range)
- you are having twins

How do I use the Size Guide?
Start by taking the following two measurements:
- Bust: wearing a bra, measure around the fullest part of your bust
- Hip: measure the widest part of your hips, including your bum
Tips: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest parts, making sure that it is loose enough not to leave any impression. Where the tape measure meets its end, that is your measurement.
If you do not have a tape measure, you can use string and then hold that up against a ruler.

Pant lengths
Our standard full length ranges between 78-80cm.
Variations are due to different batch outputs and industrial wash methods.
To measure: hold tape from crotch and pull down to hem.

Our warehousing and distribution partners are taking every precaution possible to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Warehouse Partner
All warehouse staff have been issued with face masks. Sanitation stations have been set up where all staff will sanitise when entering and leaving the facility.
Hands-free delivery
Our courier partners have enhanced their hygiene and sanitations within their operations which include provisions of personal hand sanitizers, mobile android or glass disinfectants, latex gloves and masks for ground and customer facing employees.
They have available the option on their mobile android devices to either take a photo of yourself or of your ID or drivers’ licence upon delivery as confirmation of receipt.
Alternatively, drivers will record on their mobile android devices your name, geo coded with the date and time of delivery while keeping a safe distance in front you, so that you will not need to sign any paperwork.
Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly after receiving your delivery.

How long will I wait for my order?Delivery of orders usually take between 3-5 working days, however during the Covid-19 period, please be prepared for a delay in the delivery of your goods. All courier companies are doing their best to keep up with demand, but they request patience due to the extra precautionary measures introduced to their processes. If you wait for longer than 7 working days please email online@cherrymelon.co.za or call 0215101637 and we will track the order for you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R85 to anywhere in South Africa.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us once your package has been collected from our warehouse and on it's way to you. This should be within 48 hours of placing your order. Please ensure you enter your email address when placing your order so that you can receive these updates.
International Delivery?
At the moment we only ship locally within South Africa. We will be adding international shipping to our site soon. Watch this space!
Returns
What happens if I don't like what I've ordered or if the size is wrong?
You can return any or all of your items (excluding sale items and underwear) should you not be completely satisfied with your selection.
Click on the Exchanges / Returns link to find your order and select which item(s) you'd like to return.
Once submitted, we will contact you with further details on how to proceed, including a quote on the return shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot cover for you.
You can exchange/return your order at any time within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns/exchanges if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition and with all tags attached (not on sale items).

Can I return items I've purchased on Sale?
We unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds on sale items.
