You may exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original Cherry Melon tag attached.

To process an exchange/return, click on the 'Exchanges/Returns' link in the main menu and follow the easy step-by-step instructions.

Once we have received and inspected your items you will be notified via email on the next steps.

Refunds will be processed via EFT.

Please note that we don't accept returns on sale items, underwear, and gift cards.
