What happens if I don't like what I've ordered or if the size is wrong?
You are most welcome to return any or all of your items should you not be completely satisfied with your selection. Let us know if you would like a refund, credit note, or exchanged items and we'll sort it all out on receipt of your goods.
(Have a look at our Sizing Guide to help you make the right choice in size - remember, we cater for your growth, so generally you should stick to your pre-pregnant size when choosing Cherry Melon :)
You can exchange/return your order at any time within 5 working days of receipt. We accept returns/exchanges if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached.
Email us at email@example.com informing us of your exchange/returns requirements and of the expected date of receipt of original items. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchange deliveries are charged at the standard delivery rate.
Please note that on exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold.
