Should you not be completely satisfied with your new Cherry Melon goodies, you may return any or all of the items (excluding sale stock, underwear and Breasties) within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be unused, in a resaleable condition and with all tags attached. Please note that all items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

1. Drop off at one of our STORES (excluding Checkers Little Me stockists) closest to you. 

2. Drop off at our warehouse in Cape Town (contact Kim on 021 510 1637 / online@cherrymelon.co.za) 

3. Drop off at your nearest Pargo point. CLICK HERE to complete the quick steps to log and return your order. Please note courier fees apply.

4. We'll send a courier to collect from your door at a flat rate of R50 anywhere in SA. CLICK HERE to log your return and then follow these easy steps:

a) Click on the link to find your order and select which items you'd like to return. 
b) Once submitted, we'll contact you with further details on how to proceed.

Our friendly staff will be happy to assist with availability and keep your goodies aside for you.
