Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

You get free shipping on orders over R650, otherwise we charge a flat rate shipping fee of R75 to anywhere in South Africa.

How long will I wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can expect to receive your package within 3 - 5 working days. We promise to try our utmost to get it to you as soon as possible!

Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us once your package has been collected from our warehouse.

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered?
You are most welcome to return any or all of your items should you not be completely satisfied with your selection. Let us know if you would like a refund, credit note, or exchanged items and we'll sort it all out on receipt of your goods.

International Delivery 
At the moment we only ship locally within South Africa. We will be adding international shipping to our site soon. Watch this space!

Return Policy

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered or if the size is wrong?
You are most welcome to return any or all of your items should you not be completely satisfied with your selection. Let us know if you would like a refund, credit note, or exchanged items and we'll sort it all out on receipt of your goods.
(Have a look at our Sizing Guide to help you make the right choice in size - remember, we cater for your growth, so generally you should stick to your pre-pregnant size when choosing Cherry Melon :)

You can exchange/return your order at any time within 5 working days of receipt. We accept returns/exchanges if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached.

Email us at online@cherrymelon.co.za informing us of your exchange/returns requirements and of the expected date of receipt of original items. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchange deliveries are charged at the standard delivery rate.

Please note that on exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold.
