Door to Door Delivery

Cherry Melon uses third party courier services to deliver your order. We charge a flat rate of R75 for nationwide deliveries.

International rates for Zimbabwe and Botswana are calculated at check-out. For deliveries beyond these areas, please contact us on online@cherrymelon.co.za.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Deliveries usually take between 2 - 5 working days.

Click & Collect with Pargo

Collect your order from your closest Pargo pick-up point for a flat rate of R75.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. At checkout, enter your full address, including postal code. The 5 nearest Pargo pick-up points will appear for your selection. 

2. Select your preferred location and complete the checkout process. 

3. You'll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection (delivery is 2-5 working days).

4. Bring your SMS and ID along to collect your Cherry Melon order. 

Cherry Melon Return Policy

Should you not be completely satisfied with your new Cherry Melon goodies, you may return any or all of the items (excluding sale stock, underwear and Breasties) within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be unused, in a resaleable condition and with all tags attached.

1. Drop off at one of our STORES (excluding Checkers Little Me stockists) closest to you. 

2. Drop off at our warehouse in Cape Town (contact Kim on 021 510 1637 / online@cherrymelon.co.za).

3. Drop off at your nearest Pargo point. CLICK HERE to complete the quick steps to log and return your order. Please note courier fees apply. 

4. We'll send a courier to collect from your door at a flat rate of R50 anywhere in SA. CLICK HERE to log your return and then follow these easy steps:

a) Click on the link to find your order and select the items you'd like to return.
b) Once submitted, we'll contact you with further details on how to proceed. 

* Kindly note that refunds take 5 - 7 working days to process.

Cherry Melon Exchanges

1. Exchange your item/s at one of our STORES (excluding Checkers Little Me stockists) closest to you. Please feel free to call the store ahead of time if there is a specific size or colour you're needing. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist with availability and keep your goodies aside for you. 

2. We'll send a courier to collect from your door at a flat rate of R50 anywhere in SA. CLICK HERE to log your exchange and then follow these easy steps.

a) Click on the link to find your order and select which items you'd like to exchange. 

b) Once submitted, we'll contact you with further details on how to proceed. 
We'll then send a courier to deliver your exchanged item/s at a flat rate of R50 anywhere in SA.
